Resources and Competencies:-

Namaltek has a good delivery team which has qualifications and experience to meet the client requirement. Most of these resources are specifically trained on multiple tools and industries so that each resource can add value to the service.

Many of our resources have experience in travelling to various part of the world, which makes them more mature and more acceptable as well as accepting the cultural variations and differences.

As long as competencies are concerned our delivery team understands many CAD and CAE software.

Global Engagement Models:-

Namaltek gives its clients a variety of engagement options which helps them to choose one of the best suited model for them, depending upon their Requirement, urgencies and budget.

Offshore Model:-

Service provider’s teams work with client from Namaltek’s delivery Centre.
Resource Management and Delivery is Namaltek’s responsibility.
Project based or dedicated team for the clients.

Onsite Model:

Team from service provider operates under client’s project manager in customer premises.
Provide professional services or projects deliverables based on the client needs
Resources management and delivery is client’s responsibility

ODC - Offshore Design Center – Center of Excellence:

A dedicated team is constituted for the client to ensure quality and less supervision by client’s managers.
Design processes, standards, QMS aligned to client's systems
Segregated networks, areas and access
In required an onsite resource to kick off the project.

Our Delivery Center use Net Meetings and other tools for online meetings, screen share and remote controls.
This enables Namaltek to provide a seamless communications to control the project and save time on project and design review meetings.
Net meetings also help Onsite and Offshore team’s to have an effective project interaction and management reviews.

Telecommunication:

Our Delivery Center has US Number’s to make it simple for North American clients to be in touch with offshore center.
This also enables our Managers and Engineers to call and have a good seem less communication with the Offshore team.

Quality Management System:

Namaltek’s Delivery Centre has well established best practices, procedures and processes to handle design and engineering projects, data and information.
